Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping must be paid by buyer for any reasons such as, ordering wrong size, change of heart etc. 

  • Shiloh Jean Boutique will pay for return shipping if we are at fault. Such as shipping wrong item, wrong size or damaged item. 
  • Need a different size? Please ship back your item and as long as the desired size is in stock we can ship that to you! 

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as a Shiloh Jean Boutique credit (eGift Card)

  • Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or payment methods

  • Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt
